Role and Impact:

As a Shift Group Leader, you will lead a team of skilled technicians responsible for supporting Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) within Intel's Arizona manufacturing factories. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of AMHS operations that directly enable factory productivity and manufacturing continuity.

You will provide hands-on operational leadership for a shift-based organization, overseeing daily execution, staffing, service quality, and continuous improvement efforts.
