About Position:
We are seeking OT Security Lead who will will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of OT/ICS cybersecurity integration, risk management, and execution for the Clean Earth acquisition. The role will drive TSA-aligned activities, oversee industrial security risk posture, and ensure secure, practical implementation of controls across operational environments.

What You'll Do:
Support for execution of the OT cybersecurity integration roadmap, aligned to TSA exit milestones and separation objectives Track and report OT security posture, TSA dependencies, risks, and transition readiness Support prioritization, budget visibility, and resource planning for OT security initiatives
Lead OT/ICS risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, dependencies, and control gaps Oversee implementation of network segmentation strategies (Purdue-aligned or equivalent)
