Job Summary

Job Title: Operation Theatre (OT) Incharge / OT Manager Location: Mathikere, Bangalore Department: Nursing / Surgical Services Reports To: Nursing Superintendent / Chief Medical Officer / Hospital Administrator Core Objective: To oversee daily OT workflows, ensure zero-compromise safety protocols, and coordinate seamlessly between surgical teams, anesthetists, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational & Workflow Management

Coordinate surgical schedules: Allocate operating rooms and manage emergency or ad-hoc surgical bookings. Assign staff duties: Create monthly rosters, distribute shifts, and assign dedicated scrub, circulating, and recovery nurses for posted cases. Manage turnaround times: Minimize delays between consecutive surgeries by managing housekeeping, disinfection, and setup speeds.
