Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Physician  to provide 24/7 coverage  of the Emergency Department and inpatient consultations at a small rural community hospital. This role requires active clinical experience candidates must be currently practicing at a facility, not immediately out of residency. 
 Practice Setting & Support Community Hospital  72 licensed beds 
Level III Trauma Center  
EMR: Cerner 
Support Staff: OR and inpatient support 
 Schedule Dates:  Feb (ending AM of Feb 16) 
Coverage:  24/7 ED and inpatient consultations 
FTE: 1 
Patient Load:  Full general orthopedic coverage; higher-level patients transferred to larger regional hospital
