Assignment Details:

• Start Date: May 15, 2026 (expedited credentialing available)
• Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:45 AM 5:00 PM
  • 2 3 days in clinic
  • 2 3 days in OR (varies by week)
• No Call Required

Practice Details:

• Patient Volume: per day
• Cases: Basic hand procedures + acute cases
• Setting: Mix of clinic and OR
• EMR: EPIC
• Facility: Level II Trauma Center

Requirements:

• Active New York license
