Job Description:

• Head the department or manage major academic and administrative responsibilities.
  

• Supervise teaching programs for UG/PG students.
  

• Lead clinical units and oversee surgeries and advanced orthopaedic procedures.
  

• Mentor junior faculty and coordinate research activities.
  

• Ensure departmental compliance with NMC/MCI regulations and accreditations.
  

Eligibility:

• MS/DNB in Orthopaedics with minimum 8 years of teaching experience, including 5 years as Associate Professor.
  

• Minimum required number of publications as per NMC guidelines.
