Lending Director – Real Estate Finance

Are you an experienced lending professional with a strong track record in real estate finance origination? Our client, a leading real estate finance lender in London, is seeking a Lending Director to help expand their lending activity across senior, mezzanine, and whole loan opportunities. The firm is targeting £250m of lending per annum and is looking for someone with the expertise to source, structure, and execute deals across the capital stack.
