Position is primarily remote, but requires a fair amount of in-person work across the system. Candidates need to live within our region (i.e., Benton, Linn, Lincoln, Lane, Polk, and Marion counties).
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates organizational development programs to advance the mission, vision, and strategic priorities of Samaritan Health Services (SHS). Employs evidence-based initiatives, tools, and theories to deliver training with a focus on system-wide leadership development, teambuilding, patient experience, and customer service. Develops and implements training strategies and organizational development practices to support system goals across all levels of SHS. Utilizes principles of adult learning to ensure successful classroom and e-learning instruction, orientation of new employees, building of teams, and coaching and mentoring to improve performance.
