What You’ll Do

• Manage project timelines, track progress, and coordinate with stakeholders and the consultant to ensure on-time milestone delivery.
• Consolidate all project deliverables, including documents, feedback, decisions, and approvals, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.
• Gather and validate job data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Provide inputs to job architecture and organizational design elements, including job families, role structure, and role mapping.
