Position Overview

OD Lead will be responsible for collating and analyzing data related to programs (process), trend analysis, implementation feedback as necessary for OD strategy formulation, creating the implementation plan and specific program calendar, collaborating and finalizing creation of new roles, job evaluation, publication and communication to units and other stakeholders for middle and junior management roles within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
