Position Overview
Description We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Consultant to support a major transformation initiative within a non-profit organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will focus on driving adoption, readiness, and engagement across finance and operational teams as new enterprise processes and tools are introduced. The ideal candidate brings strong change leadership experience, practical knowledge of finance operations, and the ability to turn strategy into effective communication, training, and sustained business adoption.
