LOCATION: San Diego, CA (Hybrid; 4 days in office)

RATE RANGE: $83 - $93.57/hr.


Position Summary:

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead within the Business Optimization group manages and supports a variety of change management activities, including but not limited to, large capital projects primarily focused on process optimization, IT system enhancements, large-scale deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The OCM Lead serves as the single point of contact and is responsible and accountable for ensuring the overall success of the OCM work stream. The OCM Lead is directly responsible for multiple OCM activities and deliverables at one time.
