Team Overview

The Organizational Change & Effectiveness (OC&E) capability partners with leaders and HR to help the enterprise navigate complex transformation—improving adoption, organizational health, and sustained performance through change leadership, organizational design, and effectiveness consulting.

Reporting to the Global Head of Workforce & Organizational Transformation, this role sits within Human Resources and works in close partnership with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross functional stakeholders. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
