This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing performance management, talent management, and organization development systems and strategies to ensure effective organization and how employees' work aligns with the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities Develop or improve performance management system including designing improved framework, process, and tools that align with organizational objectives Coordinate and lead each phase of the performance management process including (goal setting, monitoring, performance review, and low-performer management) Leading job analysis process and implementing job evaluation methodologies to determine the performance standards of each position Develop talent management framework, process, and tools that align with organizational objectives Develop necessary infrastructure for each program and initiative: communication materials, tools, guidelines, templates, etc.
