Analyze workforce data, performance metrics, and industry trends to identify improvement opportunities and use this data to inform organizational design decisions and recommendations
Design and deliver clear and compelling presentations and reports on organizational design initiatives, including progress updates and recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
