The Organisational Effectiveness Consultant I is responsible for supporting the delivery of organisational effectiveness strategies and initiatives. They develop organisational effectiveness operational plans aligned with strategic objectives and support team performance and quality of deliverables. Additionally, they stay updated with market trends and legislative compliance.
Responsibilities Contribute to the design, delivery and refinement of organisational effectiveness initiatives with a focus on leadership, team effectiveness, coaching, and performance management interventions. Support the evaluation of the impact of OE initiatives, using insights to improve future interventions. Support the development of practical tools, frameworks and guidance that enable leaders and HR partners to implement various talent processes.
