As our OD Advisor you will you will provide support to both the OD
Manager and OD Business partnersin ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment, training and OD initiatives across RBH.
You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and source suitable solutions, supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organisationalongside supporting the
end to endrecruitment process.
