Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate workshops, coaching sessions, and development programmes.
Support competency framework development, including documenting role‑specific competencies.
Coordinate 360‑degree feedback processes and assist with report compilation and debriefs.
Support career development initiatives, mentoring programmes, and corporate planning activities.
Maintain learning management systems, track participation, prepare reports/presentations, and provide logistical support for events.
Collect and analyse feedback to evaluate programme effectiveness.
