Position Overview
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- 10+ years experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, or organisational development
- Experience overseeing or managing organisational structures across large multi-site or multi-branch environments (±100 branches)
- Strong experience in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards (Excel / Power BI advantageous)
- Experience with organisational restructuring and succession planning
- Knowledge of job evaluation, role analysis, and workforce planning frameworks
- Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, and influencing skills
- Experience with KPI implementation, talent reviews, and change management
