We're looking for a curious and driven Organic Chemist to join our growing R&D team. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and testing new molecules that power our next generation of products. Design and run organic synthesis and reaction development to create new compounds for real-world applications. Build and optimize synthetic routes to improve yield, efficiency, and scalability. Characterize compounds using tools such as NMR, HPLC, IR, mass spectrometry, and optical spectroscopy. Work closely with scientists and product teams to move ideas from concept to prototype. Analyze data, draw conclusions, and communicate findings clearly to the team. Troubleshoot synthesis, purification, and characterization challenges as they arise. Keep up with new research and bring fresh ideas into ongoing projects. Requirement Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
