Position Overview
*$500 Sign-on Bonus. You will receive $250 upon a successful 90 day completion and $250 upon 180 day completion of employment.
Principle Responsibilities/Position Purpose:
The In Room Dining Order Taker is responsible for being knowledgeable about all menu items and for taking accurate guest orders and putting them in the system, while providing a comfortable and genuine experience for the guest.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answer the In Room Dining Telephone in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Answer any questions the guest may have about menu items while up selling i.e. offering wine, dessert, bottled water, etc. Read the order back to the guest in order to assure that everything is correct.
