As Order Processing & Sales Support Specialist, you manage order processing from start to finish and support our sales organization. You work closely with international teams to ensure smooth processes and high customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day
You will
Take ownership of end-to-end order processingPrepare quotations, order confirmations, and invoicesHandle purchasing processes, including supplier orders, goods receipt postings, and incoming invoices in the systemManage inventory within the ERP system (stock postings, availability checks during order processing, and reordering in collaboration with Product Management)Work closely with our international sales teamSupport the Product Manager in day-to-day operationsAct as a key point of contact between customers and manufacturers across domestic and international marketsYour skills and experience
