Job Purpose:
The Order Processing Intern will learn and support the Order Processing team in handling daily Sales Order / Purchase Order related tasks. The role will assist in data checking, document validation, and coordination with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics) under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in order processing operations.
Key Learning Activities & Responsibilities:
Shadow experienced specialists to learn the end-to-end flow of Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO).
Support the team in checking and validating supporting documents for SO/ PO requests.
Gain supervised hands-on practice with SAP and internal ERP tools, assist in data entry and basic order processing tasks in systems
Support checking that required approvals are in place (e.g. credit check, approval matrix) under guidance.
