Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with co-workers and some outside vendors with English and Spanish speaking skills
- Process and accurately input orders into the system
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any order-related issues or customer concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written Spanish, with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and order processing systems
