Providing the best-in-class service for the Crop Science business to ensure that client and customers’ business goals are achieved in partnership with the customer-facing units

Key Outputs / Responsibilities

• Work & collaborate with assigned customer-facing commercial unit(s), USS, and Mission Teams to achieve BCS Canada business objectives to deliver outcomes
• Order creation and management which includes reviewing customer requested delivery dates, product availability
• Execute transactional reconciliation for dealer-to-dealer transfers
• Manage returns including seasonal products and empty containers
• Actively participate in CS process improvement projects
