Process and manage customer orders from initiation to completion
Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Analyze order data to identify trends and optimize processes
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Support the finance team with invoicing and payment discrepancies
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in order management or a related field
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, data analysis, vendor management, logistics expertise, customer relationship management, and excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
