Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the direct communication with the customer and various departments within the business to support end‑to‑end customer order management. In this role you can grow into a subject‑matter expert while improving your knowledge of international business. This position is part of the Customer Service Team and will be located in Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders from order entry to product delivery to attain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as sales, distribution, and manufacturing to support customer requirements.
