Order Management Associate – Hybrid

Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days work from home

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Management Associate to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP system experience and a background in order processing, production support, shipping, or planning within manufacturing operations.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate order entry, order tracking, customer communication, and issue resolution while delivering a high level of customer service.

What You’ll Do:

+ Enter orders, returns, credits, cancellations, and purchase order revisions
