Description Customer Service Representative
1. PO’s – 50% of them come via email
2. Need a keen eye on PO details. Chemical industry, unique properties and materials
3. Will have some communication with scientists in the industry – no experience in this aspect needed but need to be able to speak professionally and be detail oriented
4. Lots of phone and email comm
5. Strong computer skills – SAP not necessary but an understanding or use of similar software is a huge plus
6. 2 month onboarding/training period
