Role Summary:Act as a Senior OM Rep for Hardware-related operational activities. Actively and regularly liaising with the QTC(Quote to Cash) teams on HW process and updates. Regular follow up and proactively work with HSV team, Logistics, Sales Finance, and others for any order and billing related matter. Requires some Accounting knowledge/experience

Perform Order Administration role to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.

Perform all bookings, billings, and license activities, including complex and escalated cases.

Bookings: Creation, validation, correction, and troubleshooting of sales bookings across quote to cash internal systems.Billings: Generation, review, adjustment, and follow-up of customer invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Licenses: Creation and customer support related to license entitlements.
