Job Description

Are you passionate about turning shopper insights and data into shelf experiences that win at retail? In this role, you’ll create and optimize planograms that improve visibility, shop-ability, and assortment performance across top retail customers. You’ll blend space planning expertise, analytical horsepower, and strong cross-functional partnership to deliver high-quality shelf recommendations—and help field teams execute them with confidence.



What You’ll Do
+ Design winning shelf solutions: Create shelf concepts and planograms using space planning software (e.g., ProSpace/JDA) to maximize visibility, efficiency, and shopper experience.
+ Own planogram excellence: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve “gold standard” shelf planograms aligned to brand/category strategy and in-store execution needs.
