Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver implementations & support for Oracle CC&B, MDM, and C2M
- Drive requirement discussions with clients and provide sustainable solutions
- Review and approve HLDs, LLDs, configurations, and custom developments
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
Core Expertise Strong functional knowledge of:
- Rates, Billing, Payments
- Meter Read & Meter Management
- Credit & Collections
- Case Management & New Connections
Deep understanding of MDM modules:
- Scalar & Interval Data, Events & Alarms
- VEE Rules, Device & Usage Management
- TOU, IMD, XML formats, Device Communication
- Remote Connect/Disconnect & Commands
