Job Description

The Oracle HCM Talent Management Functional Lead is responsible for leading the design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Talent Management solutions for Accenture clients. This role acts as the functional subject matter expert, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, best‑practice talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Oracle HCM Talent Management modules including Performance & Goals, Talent Profiles, Career Development, Succession Planning, and Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions and lead design workshops and fit‑gap analysis.
• Serve as the functional lead throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements to post-go‑live support.
