Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Siebel CRM changes/enhancements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, workflows, use cases, and process flows.
• Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for new requirements and system changes.
• Work closely with Siebel developers and QA teams to ensure correct implementation and testing.
• Support Siebel configuration and customization activities (functional support).
• Coordinate and support UAT execution, defect tracking, and resolution closure.
• Provide production support by analyzing issues, identifying root cause, and coordinating fixes.
• Ensure timely delivery with strong communication across stakeholders.
