Develop a project and resource staffing plan for the OGL Program.
Be able to review the agreed Statement of Work and confirm the scope of the engagement with the client.
Project manage the consultants/contractors to ensure client satisfaction and knowledge/skill transfer.
Prepare and provide weekly status reports that include project activities progress risk and issue log time and expense burn-down forecasted days per resource summary of weekly expenses and planned activities for next week
Manage the relationship with the client on site and elevate any issues to leadership.
Be able to conduct Training Needs Analyses to:
Identify what processes and system tasks need to be completed by which user groups
Identify the gap between the current skill set and the required skills
