Position Overview
Overview Analyze and document business requirements across HCM business areas such as HR, Payroll, Self‑Service, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, and more. Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and design functional solutions within the HCM domain. Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM applications and deliver custom HCM solutions and system enhancements to optimize business operations.
Responsibilities - Possess hands‑on experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite HCM modules.
- Collaborate with Oracle support and technical teams to manage service requests and resolve configuration or data‑related issues, address production issues, improve system performance, and coordinate patching and testing activities.
