Position Overview

Position VAM Systems is currently looking for Oracle HRMS Consultant (IT & Digital Transformation) for our UAE operations. 
Educational Qualification & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or HR Management with a technical focus. Professional certification in a specific HRMS platform is highly preferred. 
Experience 5 years in HRIS/HRMS consulting preferably within a high-growth IT or SaaS environment. 
Required Technical Skills System Architecture: Proficiency in any HRMS applications (Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors). 
Data Tools: Advanced Excel (Power Query/VBA) and experience with SQL for data extraction and auditing. 
Integration Knowledge: Understanding of APIs SOAP and REST web services to facilitate data flow between HRMS and third‑party apps (e.g., Slack, Greenhouse, Azure AD).
