QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM SaaS Authorization / Security Lead to spearhead the end-to-end application security design, implementation, and governance for Oracle HCM Cloud engagements. The successful candidate will operate as the authoritative expert for role-based access control (RBAC), data security policies, and Segregation of Duties (SoD), while providing technical leadership to the security workstream and ensuring full alignment with client risk, compliance, and internal governance frameworks.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM (Fusion) Security and Authorization, with at least 2 full end-to-end implementation lifecycles in a lead capacity.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM SaaS security architecture, including RBAC, Abstract Roles, Job Roles, Duty Roles, Data Roles, and Oracle Security Console.
