Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including issue analysis, resolution and user support.Configure and maintain HCM system setups aligned to business processes and organisational policies.Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, process maps and system configurations.Execute and coordinate system testing activities, including regression testing and User Acceptance Testing.Support Oracle HCM quarterly releases, including defect resolution, validation and business readiness activities.Develop and maintain functional documentation, including configuration documents, business requirements and process flows.Manage and resolve functional defects and production issues to ensure system stability and continuity of HR operations.<...
