SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience and proficient in
• Oracle BIP and OTBI Reports
• Oracle Integration Cloud
• Data Loaders (HDL, HSDL, HCM Data Extracts)
• Fast Formulas, Flexfields, Autocomplete Rules, Page Composer, Application Composer, Visual Builder, Sandbox, Groovy Scripts.
• Knowledge in JIRA
• Knowledge in Oracle HCM Core HR, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, HR Helpdesk, Compensation, Benefits.
• Experience in Agile delivery/Scrum methodology
• Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
