I. Job Summary
This senior level analyst position is responsible for the configuration and support of software application systems within the Human Resources (HR) Organization. As part of the HR Technology team, this role provides complex analytical and consultative support delivering HR processes. Generally, provides technical input for Digital/vendor support.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for application support and enhancement projects working with the HR Technology team, HR Process Owners and other stakeholders Experienced in Fusion Compensation functionalities, including advanced knowledge and experience in Core HR. Experience in configuring and deploying compensation plans, salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs Has good knowledge on HDL’s, Workflows, SQL, OTBI, fast Formulas, eligibility profiles.
