About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant to join our expanding Oracle Cloud SaaS team and lead and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM projects for a range of clients.

Your Role

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions. You will also play a vital role in pre‑sales activities, including bid opportunities, solution proposals, and client presentations.
