Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports for various business functions. • Build and configure value sets, data models, templates, and report layouts within BI tools. • Customize and enhance OTBI dashboards, analytics, and subject areas based on business requirements. • Configure and maintain workflow processes using Oracle BPM, including approvals and business rules. • Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud modules, addressing incidents, enhancements, and service requests. • Develop and troubleshoot PLSQL scripts, integrations, and related technical components. • Participate in Oracle Cloud implementation projects, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment. • Work in an Agile delivery model, managing tasks and defects via JIRA or equivalent tools. • Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and client stakeholders to understand an...
