Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support Oracle PPM Grants module including setup, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Grants Accounting, Projects, and related finance modules.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solutions.
- Design and configure Grants modules to manage awards, funding sources, expenditure types, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Research Administration.
- Manage grant lifecycle processes including proposal, award, budget setup, expenditure tracking, and closeout.
- Ensure compliance with federal and institutional guidelines related to grant management (e.g., Uniform Guidance, OMB A-21, A-110, A-133).
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes for projects and grants.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
