Required Technical Skill

Functional (Must Have)

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Support with hands‑on exposure to:
  • Learning
  • Recruitment (ORC)
  • HR Help Desk
• Expertise in incident triage, troubleshooting, and functional analysis in production.

Techno-Functional (Must Have)

• Working knowledge of:
  • HDL/HSDL
  • HCM Extracts
  • ESS / Scheduled Processes
  • OTBI / BI Publisher
  • Basic understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) for troubleshooting

Security/Workflow (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with:
  • Role provisioning / data security concepts
  • Approval workflows and routing troubleshooting (BPM)
