HR core, Redwood and Visual Builded Studio experiences would be primary. Added advantages if the candidate has Comp & Benefit experiences.
• At least 8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation & Benefit and Absence Management
• At least 3 full implementation cycle experience in Oracle Cloud HCM for Core module in both functional configuration and technical development.
• Hands-on experience in Redwood, Visual Builder Studio, lookups, values sets, work structures, security, area of responsibility, configuration of HCM Process, designer studio, BIP, OTBI, HCM Extract, ...
