Key Responsibilities
User Support & Incident Resolution:
Serve as a first or second-line support contact for end-users, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues via a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve functional and technical issues across all Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, FA, CM, Projects, etc.).
