• Overall 5 to 7 years of relevant techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud CX modules.
• Working knowledge with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Design, build, configure, and test applications and enhancements to meet business process and application requirements for Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Credit Rules, Rollup Rules, Classification Rules, and customization within Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Cloud.
• Working experience in configuring and testing compensation plans end-to-end.
