Fusion Practices is looking for an experienced, hands-on Oracle Financials expert to lead our growing Managed Support practice. This is a senior, client-facing role supporting a number of Oracle Cloud ERP clients across UK Local Government and the private sector.

This is a working leadership role, not a desk job. You'll stay close to the detail acting as the senior advisor and solution designer on complex problems  while also setting the standards, quality, and direction for how we deliver managed support. The role goes well beyond day-to-day incidents: you'll spot opportunities to enhance and improve our clients' Oracle solutions, lead the team that delivers the service, and help shape and grow the practice itself.
