Oracle FDI Developer – Mississauga, ON – Contract – Experience: 7+ Years

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics, dashboards, and KPIs using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for HCM modules
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
• Develop and customize subject areas, metrics, and data visualizations in FDI
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning of reports
• Integrate HCM data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Support enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance of analytics solutions
• Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders

Required Skills & Competencies

• Robust hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Abs...
